My husband and I have been looking for a couch for a while. Found one in Fines. Young lady helped us with the sale. Very nice. She is was very knowledgeable. We purchased the couch was told 4 weeks. It was past the four week mark so I called. The lady who answer the phone rudely tells my couch won’t be in for 10 weeks. Okay I guessing with the way things have been going in sales and deliveries. I said ok and thank you. The same lady calls me the other day my couch is in and asked me to pick a delivery date. Which I did. She says they will call the day before the delivery to set a time. I waited and waited so I called. The same lady I spoke with before says to me rudely I left you a message in which she didn’t. I checked. I finally got my couch. But the delivery guys one of them was rude to my husband. We do have a lot of steps but bringing up the couch they broke one of my patio lights. They never apologized just put the light back on the post broken. I also had our old couch taken downstairs and was charged 159.00. That was ridiculous but my husband and I couldn’t lift it. It was a sleeper couch. Needless to say that is my last time here unless we have any problems with the couch.

Less than a year after our purchase we developed a squeak in our sofa. Called and they sent someone out and fixed it without question! Awesome customer service! Awesome sales experience as well. Great to have such a good furniture company near us. Very happy!

I wish i could give 0 stars. Please listen to all of the other reviews. I moved from my parents home right across the street from Finds Furniture into a house in Mays Landing. We purchased our Furniture 3 weeks prior to moving into our home to ensure we would have it. We were told they would hold the items on the floor for us, but since there was time they would try to order them new from their distributor. We offered to pick up the furniture with our UHaul on move in day, but they assured us delivery is best because then it will get assembled and will be less work for us. They ended up not holding the stuff on the floor and showed up to my house 2 weeks AFTER move in with the wrong couch and a chipped up table. They tried to tell me I was mistaken on the couch, but I had a photo of what i ordered. I had to take a day off of work for delivery because they told me my only option was Tuesday-Thursday 11am-1pm. A whole day off of work and I ended up with no furniture. Got my money back and went to Bob’s Discount Furniture and got better quality items for half of the price!

Finds Furniture was absolutely the worst experience I ever had with Furniture in my life. My bed was delivered broken and the belligerent and unprofessional Delivery man did not want to take it back. He stood on my front porch, arguing over returning damaged furniture. So if you are considering buying furniture or having it delivered from Finds Furniture, I would seriously reconsider

15 days to get mattresses. We were told it would be up to 10 days. I called early Friday and was told my delivery would be on Monday. I called later on Friday to see what time my delivery was going to be on Monday. I was told the schedule is made at 3: 30 - 4:00. I called them to find out the time and they were closed. I called them today (Monday) and was told they were coming into their store today and we'll have to work at a delivery date. I mentioned how I was told on Friday that delivery would be done. after being put on hold briefly I was told my delivery would be between 2pm and 4 pm. 4:45pm no mattresses, no courtesy call. 5 days late and not one call from them to explain why they were 5 days late or why they weren't here during the scheduled time. Needless to say. I called and cancelled my order. I guess they didn't think my $900 worth of business was worthy of simple courtesy. One phone call and I wouldn't have had a problem with anything. All it would have taken was one call from them. I will be spreading the word about their lousy customer service. It's a shame. I probably would have been back for more furniture.
