Park City Mattress

When we excitedly bought our first Tempur Ergo adjustable base and “soft” Stearns & Foster mattress, a little more than a month ago, Chris, at Park City Mattress, assured us we would love it—we thought we were sure, too. As almost an afterthought, he mentioned that in his fifteen years at the company, he’d only had seven exchanges. Well . . . we were the eighth. (Sorry, Chris.) It turned out to be just too soft for us. We dreaded the process of the return, expecting a long wait and a lot of wrangling, but it turned out to be totally seamless. Everything went quickly and smoothly—the initial reorder, the short wait for the new mattress, the kind and efficient delivery guys. We are THRILLED with our new “firm” Stearns & Foster mattress and especially the understanding, helpful, quick service we received from Chris at Park City Mattress! Hooray! Blissful sleep!

Stopped in to the park city location this afternoon. Troy was super helpful with a mattress I wasn’t able to find anywhere else. The manager Chris in SLC was able to locate and Troy was awesome! Thank you both!

Lee Peterson was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. We tried many mattresses and he was also nice about giving us all the details. We ended up buying a new mattress for my daughter. Very good experience. Would highly recommend. Greg Probert

Mckenna from the Park City store was great to deal with. She knows the details of all the various floor models and found us excellent Labor Day savings. Our order arrived even before our expected date and was delivered professionally within a two hour window. The store also offers a variety of top quality sheets (bamboo), pillows and mattress covers. Strongly recommend.

Park city mattress was a great experience! It was my first time mattress shopping and Lee was so helpful. He showed us a lot of options all at different price points and materials to make sure we got the best fit. Top notch customer service all around. Would definitely go back!
