The worst retail experience I have ever had. My wife and I came in about an hour before the store was closing and there was one employee there who was helping another customer at the time, which was not an issue. We tried a few different mattresses and found one that we absolutely loved. The lady walked up to us and asked if we had any questions, to which I replied that I liked this mattress but wasn't impressed that the "huge president's day sale" was only $100 off a $2,200 mattress. She immediately jumped to aggressively explaining that a mattress is not a small purchase and that spending anything less than $2,000 is a waste of money. She said that if we weren't prepared to at least that much then we were shopping for the wrong product. I said I understand that a mattress is a large purchase and was just making a comment on the sale price. She dismissed my comment and then suggested that we try a different mattress that would last longer, but was also $1,500 more. She followed us over to the second mattress and then continued to answer any questions we had in a very belittling tone. At the second mattress she also spent more time looking at her cell phone than she did to us. She asked if we needed some time to think about it and we said yes, and we left. We went back to the mattress store down the street where we had just come from who did not have the exact mattress we liked in stock, but were able to order it in for us. The discount amount was not enough of an issue to dissuade me from a purchase, but the treatment we received was enough to ensure that I never go back and tell anyone I know about my experience.

I wrote a check for total payment. 10 days later no delivery, no word from this company, so I called them...check was still in the drawer. Cashing check is pretty much instant now. Never happened. So I stopped payment of the check and will never go back there again. I feel bad for those that paid in cash. Worst customer service EVER!!! Wish I could give zero stars... That's what I got from this company. ZERO SERVICE / DELIVERY

Very happy with the delivery of our new mattress ! Jeyson and Andrew called that morning to let us know the arrival time window , they showed up exactly when expected, were polite and offered to remove their shoes , explained the warranty and set up . Overall a great experience with two happy delivery guys !

Fahad was great!!!! He listened to our wants and needs which helped narrow down our selection. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend!!! Update: we were told it would be approximately 2 weeks until our mattress got in, but it’s now been 5 and still have not received our mattress. We have had to call several times to get updates which has been frustrating, especially since we paid for the mattress in full and left a good review initially.
