We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer last from them last year. Competitive pricing and excellent installation. We were so pleased we decided to buy a new dish washer from them in March. The regular installation person was out due to surgery. The person they hired did not know what he was doing and did not install it properly. He said it was an issue with our floor so we paid them an additional $130 to come back and correct it. Turns out the flooring wasn't an issue and the dishwasher still isn't level which can cause future problems and the top shelf rolls out every time the door is opened. I have talked to Lee several times as well as Blake, their regular installation person, and we have been promised that it will be corrected. It's been three months now. Lee told me last Thursday when I called again that either he or Blake would call me right back. It didn't happen. Very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again.

View on GoogleAs I was shopping around for an appliance, one store I looked at was Peters & Foster. I called and spoke with the staff, then made the drive from Athens. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of appliances was good, and the sale was quick. Will definitely consider them for my future appliance and furniture purchases.
View on GoogleNothing but good things to say about these folks! Great customer service and we love that the sales team doesn't "hover" and actively try to push products on you. Instead, they are readily available to answer any questions that you may have! We've purchased appliances, recliners, sofas and other living room furniture from them and, in the rare instance, when there was an issue (only once) they quickly handled it and had us back on track in no time! Excellent spot, quality furniture and prices that are hard to beat! ~George & Patty
