Winder Furniture | Teds Furniture & More

I had an excellent experience with this furniture store. I had found a sectional at the Ashley store in Athens, but they wanted $5,100. I was able to find it here and paid half that. Including delivery and a warranty. Jarred is super friendly and very responsive. Delivery was great as well. I will absolutely go back to see them for my next furniture purchase.

Jay sold us our sectional. He was very patient and showed us every option available. We absolutely love it. It's very good quaility and spacious!

Commenting based off my experience with my mother. 0/5 stars. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all. Please stay away from these people at ALL COSTS. My mother purchased 5 mattresses total from this business, on April 1. She was promised delivery on April 3. When the delivery company came, she was given all wrong mattress’s. When asking the company why these were sent , she was told “well these are better and cost $30 more”. Today is 4/11 and this is where i stepped in . When i called, i asked for the manager, the person on the phone stated they were the manager and his name was “Mike”. I was then notified that the mattresses would be delivered tomorrow morning, 4/12 between 5-8am. When i asked for his last name he said “it’s just Mike” and hung up in my face. When i called back i spoke to another Mike “the actual manager” ….the actual mike supposedly told the fake Mike to tell me the matresses would be delivered next day . Told me to hold on so he could call the delivery people to confirm .When he came back to the phone he said sorry and they could be delivered next week because the truck broke down. He offered to “let her (my mother) borrow mattresses until the ones she ordered came in, & they would be back to collect the ones borrowed and they would then deliver her actual mattresses.” Needless to say, they gave her the absolute run around when they never had the matresses to begin with. When I initially called, the gentleman said his name was “Mike “the manager. Come to find out, this was never Mike. This was a man named Jarrod. When talking to the actual mike face-to-face, he said multiple people go by Mike there…….. lots of shady under the table schemes going on here. Aviod this place like the plague. My mother ended up getting her money back in the end. Do not shop here. Not worth the hassle , you will not get your furniture. UPDATE: someone reached out to text me to tell me i was wrong about my review. Please do not do business with this company. Unprofessional behavior to text someone over a review left ….

The store has been in our area for over a year and we did not know about it until this past week. We got a sales advertisement in the mail and went and checked it out so glad we did. We were able to find what we were looking for with the expert help of the employee and have kept in contact with us through the whole process. I highly suggest you check the store out They have brand-name furniture and exceptional pieces that you don’t see in other store. If you were in need of any type of furniture tables, Rugs, Sofas, Loveseats, Pictures and lamps, Go check it out!

I just had to give this place a 5 star I came in to look at a few pieces of furniture for my mother’s home and I was greeted so kindly by Michelle at the door! She had such an infectious smile. Of course I told her what I was looking for and I was pretty surprised at how affordable the prices were but was even more surprised at how comfortable I was here. Michelle made my experience top notch with her incredible customer service and hospitality! IF THERES ANY PLACE TO GET GOOD PRICES AND PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is your place and Michelle is your woman! We all know customer service is few and far between these days but I felt so welcomed! Thank you Winder Home Furniture but a special thank you to Michelle!!
