Phil Robison's Murphy Beds Store

This place went out of business! We put down deposit on 7/19/2025 for Murphy bed. Never heard from the store. We called, emailed , and then stopped by the store. Movers were moving out the showcase furniture. We still have not heard from the company about returning our deposit.

Here is what I know: the store is empty, Jim told us he was “honest”and gave us a promise of 4-5 weeks for delivery so we gave a $3,000 deposit in July, 2025, the phone number he gives has a mailbox that is full, he did answer emails so we can demonstrate that he committed fraud because he never paid a single dime of our money to to the manufacturer, he deflected by deferring our questions to “a woman who took care of monitoring his emails”, we are one of 9-10 people he defrauded, gave away his display models and I’m sure will file bankruptcy. Absolutely fraudulent. Knowingly took our $3,000 and with absolutely no remorse, had no intention at all of using our deposit to actually deliver a product. No bed, no contact, and nothing to show for it. Liar, thief, fraud…the store is gone and we are screwed. Of course this is only my opinion but I’m pretty sure “Jimmy” won’t be able to show otherwise. Oh, he’s also telling people he is sick, if you can believe that. At least the store is closed so this worthless liar can’t do this to anyone else.

If you need a Murphy bed this is the place to get it!! Lots of floor models set up to browse and get the Murphy bed experience! Excellent customer service!! Many styles and finishes to choose from! Phil's the man!!
