We had a great experience at City Mattress, thanks to Michele Standish. She spent a lot of time with us walking through the different mattress options and really took the time to explain the differences in comfort, support, and materials so we could make an informed decision. What stood out the most was that there was absolutely no pressure—just honest guidance from someone who clearly knows her stuff. Michele is not only very professional, but also genuinely pleasant to work with. We visited several other mattress stores before this, and without question, Michele was the best and most knowledgeable salesperson we dealt with. If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for her—you’ll get straight answers and a much better experience than the typical sales pitch.

Jordan was very polite and knowledgeable and asked us questions about size, firmness and type of mattress we were looking for. Showed us many options. When we returned to the store to place the order Jordan was off but Theresa helped us with setting up delivery and payment as well as warranty info and delivery schedule and how/ when we would be contacted. She also showed us how to track our order. Order was delivered in 2 days as scheduled and set up and removal went very smoothly. Very satisfied.
