We went into Plush to peruse barstools and sectionals. They had good quality furniture and I appreciated how each piece was arranged and designed. Most importantly, they had excellent customer service. They went above and beyond (even sent us to another store where they knew the matching stools were!) to help us find the match to the barstools we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend.
View on GoogleIt's been a little under a year and a half and we absolutely LOVE the couch we custom ordered from Plush. A reasonable price for it being a custom order US made piece. It perfectly fits our home / style, the performance material / color have really held up and all this time later we constantly remark on what a good decision it was to get that couch. The team at Plush spent a lot of back and forth time with us as we took home swatches and honed in on the final decision. It's hard to find a material that matches warm colored floors and navy blue at the same time but we did it! The thing we like most is that our sectional is low and it has this 8" ledge around all sides that serves as an additional place to sit or put a book or even a laptop. Delivery was ahead of schedule. As locals we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store. Above and beyond.

View on GoogleI went to Plush to see what types of couches and love seats they had in search of a white or off white love seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the large selection of great looking choices. Jeanine (one of the owners) helped my friend and I and gave us some great suggestions. She was very friendly and helpful. It was my first stop so I wanted to shop around and make sure it was "the one". After visiting quite a few more it was clear that Plush had what I wanted. I went back and paid for it and arranged for delivery which was not only very reasonable they were easily able to accommodate my schedule with the delivery. Her husband and another person came and brought it to the right spot, put the legs on and took away all the packing material. My love seat is not only cute but well made and the fabric is the new Revolution so its basically indestructible.
View on GoogleCame in to Plush Home Furniture & Mattress on my lunch break today, and in less than 30 minutes I managed to find a mattress, headboard and bed frame that I love. The full set is being delivered to my house tomorrow. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also made sure I walked away feeling like I got a deal! Would definitely go back again if I have other furniture needs while living in SLO.
