Sleep Number

Jake our Sales rep was 6 out of 5 stars! Super helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with everything. Their computer system gets 2 out of 5 stars as we literally had to wait for 30+ minutes to process the order because the computer was so dang slow!

Jake kindly helped me find the correct remote control for our i8 Sleep Number bed. Since he didn't have one in store, he placed the order online while I waited, had it shipped at no charge, and it arrived in a few days. It paired immediately, and works great! Thank you Jake!!

Jake was very helpful. The only problem was he had trouble with the website information he had to enter. He had to call your tech support three or four times. But he was very nice and did not let us see his frustration. He had to spend so much time with us I think he lost a sale.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience at the San Luis Obispo Sleep Number store. We met Jake and another associate while deciding on a new bed and both were excellent, informative, and fun to talk to, which was nice considering we weren’t sure which mattress would suit us best - whether a Sleep Number or regular mattress, or which Sleep Number. Jake didn’t pressure us at all. He listened and recommended. And he also reminded us of the 100-day trial. Once we decided to go with Sleep Number, Jake worked to get us the best possible price. We slept better, but we both felt like maybe we should’ve gotten more padding. So, near the end of the 100 days, we decided to upgrade. Even though the exchange/upgrade process takes place over the phone, we decided to visit Jake again and we were glad that we did because he gave us all the tools necessary to navigate that conversation and again obtain the best possible price. We’re very pleased with the service and confident we eventually made the right choice in mattress.

We had a positive experience at the Sleep Number store in San Luis Obispo. Our sales associate was the store manager, Dain Saba. He was extremely helpful and professional in helping us choose the bed to fit our needs. Being current owners of a Sleep Number bed, we were looking for a replacement, as our old set was wearing down, after 14 years of use. Thank you, Dain! We can't wait for our new bed to arrive!
