Very friendly and helpful staff, Caden and Patty! They helped us choose the right chair for our needs! Even the delivery men were early and very helpful! They contacted us when they were on their way to our home! We love our new Lazyboy recliner!! We will go back to their store when we need more furniture!
View on GoogleWe had such a great experience at Plymouth furniture & mattress. The employees really took the time to explain all the differences between the mattresses and helped make suggestions based on our needs. We also purchased a recliner as well. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect chair and never felt rushed. They were more than accommodating in trying to help me find the perfect chair to fit my needs. Will be recommending them to all my family and friends and will be checking with them for our future needs as well.
View on GooglePlymouth Furniture and Mattress store In Plymouth Indiana I bought a mattress with them in November of last year I’ve had to exchange it. I wanna say like three months into it and I had to pay a difference and I’m still having another issue with the new mattress that they gave me. It’s starting to dip in the middle and it’s just got poor quality and they don’t want to exchange without me paying more. I’ve paid 1300 on the first Mattress and the second Mattress that I had to pay for an exchange was a little over $200 and they want to do the same with this other Mattress they’ve got crappy customer service So if you’re looking for a Mattress, do not go to Plymouth furniture and Mattress I would recommend going to Denver Mattress in Mishawaka
