Prime Brothers Furniture

We have shopped at Prime Brothers twice now. The first time we didn’t purchase because we found something that suited us a little better else where. Customer service was good tho, so when looking for a recliner and matching sectional we returned a couple years later to see what they had. Again, great customer service. Not pushy, just professional and informative. We were able to find something we absolutely loved within our budget. They were able to deliver before the expected delivery date. The delivery team was great!!! Personable, professional and on time. They checked all the boxes. There was a tiny imperfection on one piece and they immediately assured me it would be made right. Once the special order piece came in, they installed it right away. No questions and no hassles to me. Good old fashioned customer service. You don’t find that often anymore. Thank you. We will be back again in the future.

Outstanding service at Prime Brothers Furniture in Bay City, Michigan. We were greeted right away by a Guy who understood what we were looking for and was efficient, knowledgeable, and resourceful, with a great selection of furniture at good prices. Highly recommend. GREAT JOB! Delivery team outstanding too!

Perfect price in value center. This is my second purchase from prime brothers. 2 years ago I got a electric recliner for a father day gift. I just Stopped in today and they had a different electric recliner and it was smaller. But it was perfect for what we needed. Nice staff and they loaded it up and off we went. Thank...

Great customer service, we were not pressured over pushed to purchase anything other than what we were looking for. They made recommendations of the different pieces and their qualities, based on what we were in search of. Highly recommend!
