Horrible customer service, no call back I have left several messages, the location looks like an abandoned building, I brought a Princess mattress from a dealer in Huntington Beach and the mattress started to collapse in the middle within 6 months after I purchased it, and I only weigh 160lbs. There is a strong possibility they are selling refurbished mattresses and passing them off as brand new. I would not recommend this business
