Sold us used and dirty and damaged bed top and refused to refund till I told them we will give this case to legal channel. Very bad service and bad quality and expensive, when we asked for replacement, they wanted more money. Total amount for a top 3 inch would cost more than a brand new mattress in Costco !!

horrible customer service. The sales staff lacked knowledge of product, spoke down to me, and ignored questions I asked. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I was very disappointed. If it was possible to give them no stars I would.
