I have never, and will never, purchase a mattress from another manufacturer as long as this team keeps producing the same high quality product that they have been for the past 25+ years I've known them. I recently purchased a new mattress after 11 years with my old one. It was still in great shape, but just was time. Their team worked quickly to get us our mattress in less then a week and I can't say enough good things about it. The build, the quality of the materials used, and the overall look completely transformed not only how we sleep, but the overall look of the room. The sales team knows their stuff, which take a huge burden off me as thebuyer.
From the customer service, to the final delivery, you don't get this kind of service and quality anymore. Family owned, local, knowledgeable, and one heck of a mattress. Buy from this shop -- you'll love it the moment you lay down.

Brian was our salesman and he was awesome! The bed is amazing. My 14 year old told us that she hasn't slept so well EVER! Also....the day before delivery we had to change the box spring to the 1.5 bunky board and it was done right away, no delay in delivery. So happy and definitely recommend Quality Sleep Shop to everyone! Ask for Brian! 😊❤️

My Green Mattress / Quality Sleep Shop was a great experience! Brian helped us out and was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and helped us pick a mattress that was actually much more affordable than our original pick from the website! Looking forward to our delivery and will update after a few nights of sleep. Additionally love that these are entirely made in Illinois. Thanks Brian!

Tim, the owner, took one look at me and immediately knew I was a side sleeper. I explained that I was looking for a top-tier mattress, had some allergies, and was sensitive to that typical glue-like smell that comes with most new beds. He introduced me to the Green Mattress, which I tested out right away. While it had great support, my broader frame and bony shoulders made it feel a bit firmer than I’d hoped.
Without missing a beat, Tim added one of their premium 2" toppers—and wow, what a difference. My body felt completely at ease, and for the first time in ages, I was pain-free. Once it was delivered, I’ve been sleeping like a dream ever since.

Great experience! We love our mattress, boxspring and topper. Our delivery was smooth and the owner was a great help in choosing what we needed. He even suggested an item that was a great help to our elderly relative.
