I bought a top of the line Gel Pedic King size mattress from Quality Comfort, the mattress coils on both sides of the bed started to compress, causing a hill in the middle of the mattress and the sides to slant down, I had to put large blankets under each side to level it out. Its very uncomfortable and my back pain has returned. When I requested Quality Comfort replace or repair the Mattress, I was told I had to contact the manufacturer RG Real Good Mattress. I did, they told be to contact Quality comfort. Quality comfort now say they won't pick up the mattress unless I pay them $50 each way. Nobody here backs their guaranty, and they want to extort money from the customer they already wronged. What the hell is wrong with this picture. Now RG Real Good Mattress is not answering the phone., but I am persistent. I will continue to phone. text until this is resolved.
