Raleigh outlet in Rocky Mount nc, has the best customer service experience that I have seen in a while. The staff was courteous, kind, passionate and caring about our needs. 10/0 I highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Raleigh Outlet! The entire process was smooth from beginning to end, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. Emily was especially helpful, patient, and kind throughout the experience. She made sure all of my questions were answered and helped me find exactly what I needed. The furniture selection was great, and the quality was even better. I would definitely recommend Raleigh Outlet to anyone looking for good quality furniture and excellent customer service. I had a terrible experience with this company. Here's what happened: 1. I was scheduled for delivery multiple times, but they never actually delivered my couch. 2. I had to arrange and pay for my own transportation because they kept lying about the delivery date. 3. I had to unload the couch myself, which caused back issues. 4. To make matters worse, I received a couch in the wrong color. 5) The owner is a liar. I caught him in multiple lies since the beginning When I suggested they order the couch in the correct color and let me keep the one I already had until the replacement came, they still made no effort to fix the situation. The owner said the best he could do was offer me $200 refund for my U-Haul expenses and $100 for the incorrect color couch. On top of that, I asked for a corporate contact and was refused, showing how completely unprofessional they are. Do not use this company. *I POSTED A REVIEW EARLIER, THEY DELETED IT* I asked if the sectional could be reordered in the correct color, and I was told that another one couldn’t be ordered because it might come in a different color. The owner never stated that he didn't want to reorder because it comes from Turkey. (I have messages to prove what I'm saying is correct) As the seller, it is your responsibility to ensure the product ordered is delivered in the correct color. Any professional business would correct the mistake by reordering the sectional that was originally requested. I personally called other companies to see what they would do. They all stated the sectional would be reorder since it's their mistake and NOT MINE.

The representative gets us politely and showed us around the store. He did not pressure us to buy. He gave us options for purchasing and reduced prices. It was a pleasant experience.

Highly satisfied with this company I walked in the store showed them exactly what I wanted and they set up a good time to deliver with no problem my living room set was delivered yesterday and my set is beautiful I am loving it and big shout out to the deliver drivers on setting everything up for me they was both nice and very professional they even cleaned up behind their selves again thank you all so much you gained a new customer
