He really listened to what we wanted, helped us find the perfect adjustable bed at the right price, and made sure our delivery arrived on time. I’m not sure why I received this link from the Rocky Mount Mattress Firm…but since I did I will share my experience with the Roanoke Rapids Mattress Firm. I purchased an adjustable base and mattress on Feb. 19th, but only the base was delivered on Sat. Feb. 21st. I was told an error was made and the mattress would be shipped direct delivery. After several frustrating conversations, and no return phone call from Bobby Richardson on Monday I called the store and was informed the direct shipment could not be stopped. I asked Bobby Richardson how would I be compensated for my inconvenience, he laughed and said well it looks like you already got a pretty good deal. I responded that I didn’t think it was funny. He called back later to tell me the mattress should be here by Tuesday. I hung up, he called back and asked if I hung up on him, I said yes. Because I bet you go home and sleep on a mattress tonight!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Laughing at their mistake and my inconvenience!!
