I’m so pleased with my purchase and delivery. I had recently purchased some new appliances for our home at RC willey . The delivery guys we had were phenomenal! Very Professional and communicate with each other very well, Miguel was our delivery driver and he knew exactly what’s he’s doing when it came to making sure our door trim was protected from any damage! Communicated with me throughout the whole setup process which made it clear and very efficient will be returning to furnish my home !

Absolutely beautiful they gave us a window between 8:00 and 10:00 and they were here just before 8:00 a.m. the only negative thing I have to say is they just put things in your living room they don't ask you where you want them we also as you can see in the picture but a huge area rug and all they do is take the plastic off it and leave it rolled up that's the only problem I have other than that I love my furniture There was a broken coffee table they're replacing that it'll be here on Wednesday I have the coffee table that they're replacing they'll take this one when they deliver the new one the exact same one this is our first experience with RC Willey and I do not think it will be our last customer service there is excellent the sales floor people and especially Earl is amazing we are extremely happy I recommended them highly

I was delighted to handle everything online. It was effortless. The delivery went smoothly. The guys were fast and very professional. I love my new chaise sofa. Im very happy.

I want to share my experience with RC Willey. The furniture is very nice and good quality. I honestly have no complaints about the couch—it was delivered exactly as scheduled and everything went smoothly with that. However, I had several issues with the dining set. First, I was told I would only receive four out of the six chairs, since the two extra ones I purchased were not available. I said OK, even though it wasn’t ideal. Then later, I got another call saying the entire dining table would not be delivered because it was damaged while being loaded onto the truck. They simply said “sorry” and did not offer any kind of solution or alternative. That was very frustrating. I had to wait an additional week without a dining table, which was especially difficult because I had already given away my previous one. On top of that, I had guests coming over for dinner the next day, so I had to figure things out on my own. Overall, the products are nice, but the delivery service and communication really need improvement. I expected better customer service, especially when issues like this happen.

The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. They have furniture for every budget. Most of this review, however, is about our salesperson, Tommy Crook. He was phenomenal. We were only purchasing two accent chairs, but Tommy treated us as if we were furnishing an entire house. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. At one point, he caught an issue that I had completely overlooked. Had it not been for Tommy, I would have ended up unhappy with the purchase and would have had no one to blame but myself. Because he genuinely listened to me as I rambled on throughout the store, he was able to spot the problem before it became one. What impressed me even more was that he continued to keep us updated while he was on vacation. That level of customer service is rare. Tommy is top-notch, and the company is lucky to have him. I highly recommend working with him.
