Great experience and education from Adam today. I appreciated that he took his time with us and also gave us our privacy while we could discuss options between ourselves (with my husband). Nothing was pushy and had a very good experience because of him.

Having owned a Sleep Number bed for 28 years, I finally admitted I needed a new one. Called the store, Shawn returned my call and assisted me in purchasing a new one over the phone. He made it very easy and I appreciated it, since I'm 83 yrs old.
