Regency Furniture

We went to Regency to shop for furnishings for our small business and had a really excellent experience with our sales associate, Lindsey. She was extremely kind, attentive, and informative throughout the whole process. She provided excellent service without being pushy! We had been to three other furniture stores earlier that day and had the best experience with Regency and with Lindsey. We also had a very helpful interaction with Phillip who was great about pricing for a floor model set. We had a very smooth experience with our furniture delivery and everything looks beautiful in our new office!

The sales associate was very helpful in assisting us with furniture for our living room as well as a comfortable mattress for our bed.

Purchased two pieces of furniture on 9/14. Said 8-12 weeks. Called in December, customer service was helpless after telling me February so called local store. Store manager told me he would refund 60$ for shipping as an apology. On an 1,100$ bill? Thanks for a 5% discount which means nothing. Just called on 2/14 furniture now expected in JUNE. Was told to go into local location if I want a refund. Fun fact the location near me is ‘temporarily closed’! Everything about this purchase, experience and the customer service team is a ioke. Do not buy from here unless you need furniture in your retirement home because that’s when it’ll arrive 👍🏼

I absolutely ❤️ this furniture store. The furniture at Regency is trendy, detailed and affordable. The sales person Tracey is personable and provided impeccable customer service. I'm delighted to have Regency in PA and will be a returning customer.

Great experience. Furniture shopping is not easy because they almost never have what you want and there is always pressure from sales associates to buy something. This store has great personnel and a great selection of both furniture and accessories. We were originally greeted by Ashley, she showed us around the store just allowing us to explore what furniture we needed and never felt pushed or compelled as a customer. We found a few items but needed to measure if they would fit in our space. We went back the next day and worked with Damien and Chris, the manager, to purchase the exact furniture we wanted and we got a great price that I felt really proud of. The entire process was easy and I never felt pushed to get furniture I didn't want and priced very appropriately. Deb took care of our checkout and financing options and she was hilarious. This experience really set a standard for all future furniture purchases and I am glad I came into this store. I will be a repeat customer after this experience.
