Relax The Back

My husband and I purchased a massage chair and had a great experience from the start. We initially came in to try a brand that a big box retailer sells but it’s hard to find. Once we each tried it we realized it was not what we wanted. We had compared many of the top brands and tried the Quantum Cozzia. We fell in love with the foot and leg stretching and the general over all feel of the rollers. We came back a few times to try it and were always greeted nicely and allowed to try them and ask questions. Ultimately this one was so quiet and for our taller bodies best. We purchased and it was delivered about a week later. The installers were very professional and installed it quickly with no issues. We love the char we purchased and after a lot of research, we think this is the best for us.

Dustin was very friendly and welcoming, helped me make the correct choice of chair, ended up getting the Anthros V2! With multiple compression fractured vertebrae, it’s been an excellent choice giving me the support I need! Dustin went above and beyond, thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about this place, very helpful (never pushy) employees who listen and make appropriate suggestions. So far, in my experience all 3 people I’d come across had chill vibes, were easy going and helpful at the Centennial and Cherry Creek/Glendale locations. The TechnoGel Pillow was recommended to me and I do really like it so far. Their loaner program is fantastic concept to find the right pillow that works, without having to worry about getting a pricey pillow that may end up not working well and being non-returnable. So they have found a great solution to this potential issue pillow shoppers face when buying pillows to resolve neck pain, they’re not cheap, and this loaner program to test out a pillow for long enough to know if it’ll be helpful before committing to paying the cost is VERY HELPFUL! Makes the decision process and spending the money on the right pillow that much easier. Stress free, straightforward, simple interactions and processes. They also PRICE MATCH. I’ve bought mattresses from this store in the past as well, not anything negative to say about Relax the Back except the corporate office/staff seem to have trouble responding to emails to the corporate office maybe? But that doesn’t change anything really about the review.

Dustin was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was much more pleasant than going into some big box giant store.

I’ve had two very helpful ergonomic conversations with the professionals at Relax the Back. They helped me understand what I need in an office chair and showed me multiple options. Dustin has been a wealth of information and everyone working here is friendly! I highly recommend and appreciate the personalized service!
