Beds By Design Mattress Factory

We recently stopped out to take a look at pillows at Beds by Design and we were lucky enough to have Spenser assist us. He is very knowledgeable about the products and truly cares about the customers. He spent time explaining and answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing two pillows. The pillows are amazing and we are getting a great night's sleep with no neck pain. Another nice feature is, you can bring your pillow back to the store to adjust with more or less material at any time for no extra charge. We were very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail that Beds By Design applies to their products. When we are ready for a mattress, we are definitely coming back and asking for Spenser. Five stars for sure!!!

My wife and I had been looking for a mattress for about a year and could never 'pull the trigger' because everywhere we went we found overpriced mattresses, gimmicks, shady salespeople and even worse fine print. We had pretty much given up until my chiropractor recommended we check these guys out and we are so glad we did! Ben was the best salesperson we worked with (and believe me, there were a LOT), and the process itself was by far more educational and informative than all of the other stores combined. Not only did we find a wider variety, we also found our favorite - AND their pricing is better. If that wasn't already enough, they also had our favorite mattress topper. Oh, and the pillows... amazing! Can't say enough good about these guys. Do yourself a favor and go check them out before you buy your next mattress!

We were recommended to Beds by Design by a friend and we are so glad we listened. From start to finish we received wonderful service. Jenna talked through the choices and let me try the different beds and gave me the details about each mattress to help me decide the best fit for me. The mattress is great and I am so happy with it.

Fantastic service! Their OmnioPillows have changed my sleep for the better. Love the lifetime ability to adjust the pillows and beds for the fraction of the cost of having to buy a brand new one. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new bed!

I went into this store to buy the Omni Pillow when they had a BOGO deal last week. Julie and Jenna were both so knowledgeable about their products and was clear from the moment I walked in that they cared about why I was there. The actual pillow I got has been great - my neck feels supported when I sleep, with no need to crack my neck when I wake up in the morning. Both Julie and Jenna were so easy to talk to - I plan to go back when the time comes to buy a new mattress.
