I am posting this to help others make an informed decision. On August 5, 2025, I ordered a custom queen short hinged latex mattress for my RV from Reno Mattress Company. I was told by the owner, Michael Berry, that this would be a brand-new Talalay Global latex mattress with a natural bamboo cover, custom cut to RV specifications. I paid $2,706.63 and picked it up on August 28, 2025. Problems noticed immediately: •   The bamboo cover was pieced together and poorly sewn •   The mattress was oversized (approximately 63” wide instead of 60”) •   The firmness was uneven, with soft and firm sections After contacting the business, I brought the mattress back as requested. When the mattress was opened in front of me at the store, I personally observed that the interior consisted of multiple latex pieces glued together, with different manufacturer tags, dates, and firmness ratings. At that time, the owner continued to assure me that the mattress was brand new and all from the same mattress, despite what I observed. I took photos showing different dates on the glued-together pieces, which did not match that explanation. When I requested a full refund, I was offered only a partial refund with deductions, which I declined. I was also told by the owner that he would sue me if I disputed the charge through my credit card company. I proceeded with a credit card dispute. After reviewing my documentation and photos, Citibank resolved the dispute in my favor and credited me the full amount back.

This business is top notch customer service. We had r.v mattresses customized and could not be happier. Highly recommend this business. We drive 2 hours to get here and was well worth it. Thank you reno r.v employees and owner

We had two custom mattresses made, one for our Jayco and one for my Peterbilt. Mike and Ricky are awesome! Ricky helped us get both mattresses into their respective vehicles and the Peterbilt one was not easy; but with a few counts of “one, two, three, heave!” we got it in. I finally have a REAL mattress in my semi truck! I highly recommend this family owned and operated small American business and I can’t thank them enough for the excellent service!

Very helpful I got a bed pretty fast after going to 4 different mattress stores and the price was very reasonable I had a good night sleep 😴 I will recommend the store to my friends thank you so much.

Good morning, I have had this mattress for many years and it is fabulous, but during a move the sides to contain it were lost, since I live in Italy is it possible to have a drawing with the measurements to rebuild them? A thousand thanks....
