Came in searching for a pillow that was comfortable & stable while also considering for a sensitive texture: •The young gentleman who helped me was immediately accommodating to the requirements I listed for the pillow, asking further questions to ensure he could recommend the correct pillow. •After providing a recommendation, he detailed the best ways to use the pillow with respect to different sleeping positions. He additionally offered the pillow to be tested to see if it was the appropriate one given my needs. •Before, during, and after the purchase, he was consistently courteous & spoke clearly about the attributes of the respective pillows offered to ensure I purchased one that was exactly what I was looking for. I haven’t slept better in a long time, and I seriously appreciate the empathetic & considerate service that was provided by him. If I ever need another high quality, breathable, and malleable pillow, I know where to return to!

Dealing with the associates and delivery people was the best part of this process. The products, communication and warehouse were a nightmare! So much so I sent it all back! I did not receive any accurate part of my order, parts of my order never came. I have no products in my home and management has yet to issue my refund, almost 3 weeks later. It is a shame because the employees are great. I need management to take action and refund me for products I don't not have in my possession and never received. I received someone else order and incorrect products. I hope you all have better experiences! I always like to give a new business a chance, but in this case I'd advise going to a company with a more stable manufacturer. My bases came incorrect, as well as the mattresses, the massage chair was not the “XL sized” promised. I never received the bean bag, no date in sight. This process was 3 weeks. So here we are almost 6 weeks later and I am very disappointed. Please issue my refund!

Went into the store and ordered on December 5th. The employee in the store was great. But thats it. I was promised no payments for 6 months and deferred interest for the first year. I received a bill due today and I haven't even received all of my products! When my bed did come I was promised a delivery between 11-3. They came at 9:30pm!! I was livid. And now I'm still waiting on the rest of my order and I can't get in touch with the store. At this point they can take it all back and refund me. I've never been so disappointed.

Andres was as professional as professional can be. Highly recommend stopping by for any of your sleeping needs. You will not be disappointed.
