I recently visited this furniture shop while looking for new home pieces and was very impressed. The store offers a wide variety of stylish and durable furniture. The staff was polite and helped me find a beautiful cabinet that fits perfectly in my space. Prices were fair and the buying process was simple. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition.
View on GoogleLarge selection, the place just kept going back. Budget friendly recliners, sofas, dining room sets and bedding. If you are looking for higher end furniture this is not the place. Greeted and attended while there.
View on GoogleOur son was in a terrible accident punctured his lung and broke his collar bone. He needed a power recliner so he could try to get some sleep. We called and Stu took care of what we needed right away. Stu had a recliner delivered to our sons front door that same day. This is what we call GREAT customer service! Thank you Stu and Richmond Furniture Outlet!
View on GoogleBeware of this place. They have burned us twice now. First on matresses, and now on a couch that they refuse to stand behind. We should have never gave them another chance to begin with. Won't make that mistake again.
View on GoogleWe ordered our couch and love seat in November of 2019. After months of calling our sales person, them delivering the wrong furniture on 2 different occassions, we finally picked up our completed order in the last part of June 2020. With all the issues we had with trying to get the right furniture, our sales person Greg promised us a floor lamp to go with the furniture. This was conveniently forgotten about. If you don't mind waiting 7 months to get your furniture, these are definitely the people to go see!!!
