I ordered the RTIC cooler bag and it was shipped the very next day it arrived in about 4 days and that's fast considering it had to come halfway around the country. Rig Outfitters has excellent customer service and top quality products. Highly recommend them.

I recently visited Rig Outfitters & Homestore in Hobbs and had an exceptional experience. I was looking for a new hard hat and a cell-phone holder, and from the moment I stepped in, the service was top-tier.
Dahlia, Kim and Arissa were amazing. They listened carefully to what I needed, asked the right questions, and helped me sort through options until we found the perfect hard hat that met my safety and comfort requirements. Then, just as smoothly, they guided me to a cell-phone holder that fits my rig and keeps the phone secure and accessible.
What really stood out:
The store looks fantastic — clean, well-organized, every section clearly laid out, making it easy to find safety gear, accessories and more.
Every question I had (“What’s the difference between these hard hat styles?”, “Will this phone holder survive rough use in the field?”) was answered thoroughly. The staff didn’t just point me to an item — they explained features, pros & cons, and why one product might be better for me than another.
I felt valued as a customer. They took time, didn’t rush me, and left me confident in my purchases.
