Had a very easy time finding a perfect mattress and base thanks to Laura! She was very helpful and kind! We had an issue with the address for delivery but she was able to help us fix it and we were able to get our mattress delivered on time!! 10/10!!!
View on GoogleMe and my brother went in to get a look at the furniture and what kind of pricing we could expect if we bought something new. As soon as we walked in, we’re greeted by sales person (which is fine, I was expecting it) but she was extremely pushy. She would basically not leave us alone because if we stopped at one place too long she’d pop up out of nowhere and ask if we were interested in what we were looking at and seemed to be making moves toward checking out the item already (we were very clear from the start that we came to look btw).The whole experience felt rushed and very stressful and we left having gained nothing and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Some people just need some time to think and decide. Also I sleep on the couch, I’m not in a hurry to get a bed, but when I was checking out the beds and stuff she got in my face and asked if I needed a bed and when I said yeah but not right now she asked if I even had a bed. I don’t know if that’s normal for customer service but it made me feel very uncomfortable.
