I was looking to replace my favorite chair. I unfortunately found out that it wasn't available. Wes Feller went above and beyond to find me a chair. I gave him my info from 14 years ago. He calls the company rep and finds out my chair had been discontinued, but the replacement was very similar. He ordered the chair and it's better than the original. The delivery was perfect. I highly recommend Robert Miller and Son Furniture!

I cannot even capture in a short review how amazing the staff/store is. I was searching for a new TV stand, called and spoke with Chris and was able to order the exact TV stand I wanted for an amazing price. He was beyond helpful throughout the process and I would highly recommend anyone to check here for any furniture purchase!! Cannot thank Chris enough for his amazing customer service.

We bought insurance for our powered couch and love seat because they told us that cat scratches were included, and they recommended that people with pets buy insurance. Now that we've claimed insurance because of some cat scratches, they won't listen; they ignore us. We went to their store several times, but nothing happens. We also called the insurance company, and they said it's our fault. They are denying claims and deceiving people. So sad 😞

I would highly recommend RM&S over anyone in the area. The delivery is fast and professional, the prices are right for what you get, and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I had the wrong chair delivered and they went way above my expectations to make it right. I'll go there from now on for all of my furniture needs. No need to look anywhere else. Very solid business.

2025.09.02: we had an amazing shopping experience today! We didn’t feel pressured at all. We weren’t high pressured stalked like you are at Ashley. Amber welcomed us, let us know about their anniversary sale, and let us wander around for the perfect amount of time! We felt very at ease and it felt great to be given our space to just try out any of the couches we wanted to. The prices were really good (Anniversary Sale). Will definitely be back for more pieces once we get settled into our new home and get a feel for what we need! Thank you Amber for your help, can’t wait to have our new furniture in our “new” to us home!
