Romeo & Juliet Furniture

I always have the best experience. The staff is very helpful

Worst experience ever with this establishment. Paid $1000 for a Bed set and a $75 delivery fee for it to be thrown on my porch. Call Customer Service and they acted like they didn’t care about it all they want is your money please stay away. This place don’t even deserve one star.

I went into the store not evening knowing the furniture quality. I walked In and was amazed I’m sorry astonished! The store had great quality pieces that are up to date! The staff was so enthusiastic and they weren’t like other stores who make you feel obligated to buy! They worked with my wants and did and outstanding job! Did I mention they finance with no credit check!! How amazing is that! Thanks guys your the best!

Shopping was a good experience with pretty good prices. The delivery ended up going well after I had an argument with the delivery manager. They have a huge delivery window of 9 to 5. I had a cancer treatment scheduled for 10. The manager called me and chewed me out for not accepting delivery at 10, even after the driver told me he would deliver in the afternoon. 😞

We were looking for a headboard (only) and couldn’t find one anywhere without the frame. While continuing our quest, we decided to check out ‘Romeo & Juliet’ furniture. “Yessir, we have JUST what you’re looking for.” Our salesman, John made it happen. SUMMARY: they have great prices and sales people.
