American Freight Furniture, Mattress, Appliance

I had a really great easy experience. The customer service was top-tier the moment I step foot into the door although I was on the phone call J really made it a point to lend his customer service anyway. Which is something I truly love Although I have very picky options, he really took his time to show me different products throughout the facility and we actually closed with a product as an extremely great price. If J haven’t got a raise yet you need to figure it out and get him a raise. ASAP!

Today I had the pleasure of working with Jake at the Warren MI location. Let me tell you! He was an amazing help. Me and my other half can’t wait for our new couch 🙂.

Bought a bedroom set, night stand was busted, after dealing with it for two months they finally delivered another one and it's busted too!! Unbelievable!! Will never shop there again. Store manager did nothing about it until it was sent to the higher ups, which is why I finally got a replacement. One would have thought they would have made sure they were delivering a good one this time!! First two pics are the first one, other pics are the replacement. The top drawer on the first one won't even come out.

When you want In ask for Iva!!!! It was a pleasure to do business with her, she’s very helpful as well as informative. I for sure won’t be buying furniture from anywhere else!!!!

I have had good experiences with whatever I have purchased from them… they decent quality products
