She greeted & acknowledged my presence in a timely manner, as did the other representative on-site that day. Ms. Rawny assisted me with the measurements of the selection I was interested in to determine if it was the right fit for my needs. I returned home and decided the selection is a perfect fit. I made secure, online purchase within the hour of me visiting the store. Mission accomplished!

I walked in me and my daughter we were looking at furniture none of the sales ladies were pushy and I loved that they were helpful and very friendly. Check out process with smooth and easy very informative on where I needed to pick up my furniture overall good experience will be back.

Really like the way business is conducted here. Before going to rooms for less, we went to a different furniture store where salespeople were talking to us every minute or so. It felt like they were trying to pressure us into a decision. But here, one person talked to us when we walked in, then they just let us meander through the store looking at everything and trying it out with no pressure. We were able to find a nice couch that met both of our standards and discuss logistics privately before ultimately deciding to buy it. Only then did we talk to a salesperson again.

Rooms for Less was spot on! When we entered the store, we were NOT bombarded by a sales representative. We found this very refreshing and took our time and looked at all the choices in the store. Halfway through our wandering process and taking measurements, Denise greeted us and said if we had any questions to just let her know. We found what we were looking for and had a next day delivery.
