Rooms for Less

Next day delivery and great price. Ashley furniture. Ashley furniture showroom, 3 to 4 days delivery time possibility

Reasonable pricing but poor customer service skills. I went over there on my lunch break to see what I could do about the extended warranty. And turned in to big thing for no reason.i feel like the guy I was helping me was thinking I was being difficult. If you don't like the extended warranty u have a choice to ask for a refund for it. Don't let anyone tell you it's out of their hands n swindle you into using the insurance or buying something new. Everyone have a blessed day

Stay away!!! I ordered a sofa in Feb for delivery in April. I was told there was a small chance it would not be available but that the wait wouldn’t be long. In April , after calling 5 times, I was told it would be 6 weeks. Now in June I am being told it will be another month. This was not a special order piece or customized but they refuse to refund my money so I will have no couch for at least 3 months. Worse than that is how I have been treated. I spent over $2500 in this store and was treated terribly. They won’t return calls and I truly doubt if I will ever get the sofa. Worse yet when I went to the store and asked them to provide proof my sofa had been ordered they called the police and said “ A Black man is being disorderly and causing a scene in my store” There are also multiple complaints of them taking money and not dealing with problems with their orders

Real nice experience. Mike’s attention was really great. Waiting for my furniture delivery. Good luck.

Ahmed, the Sales Manager, was great! He was friendly, professional and not pushy which I truly appreciate! He took the time to show me what I was looking for and then researched the measurement information I needed.
