Ross Furniture Company & Mattress Gallery

I purchased a new mattress, box spring, and bed frame. They are amazing and reliable. They got everything set up for me quickly. I will be back for any furniture needs in the future. I am in love with my new bed set up. Thank you!

They continue to be the premier choice for home furnishing needs. Got a warranty credit on a well slept on mattress and the new one came in under budget leaving money for other purchases. On delivery a well earned tip will be waiting-see you soon. Easy in town shopping location and a new build working where Asia was. New year, new mattress, new pillows does wonders for my back conditions-therapeutic. (New car, new fridge too ). Delivery smooth, Dover takes away ($10 ) curbside old mattress.

Not very impressed with customer service, purchased a recliner loveseat for our new home, told them we’d be picking up moving day (next day) and you would think the salesmen would give us a heads up to let us know that the couch can come apart in three separate pieces considering. But instead we had to take door off hinges and two scratches on the loveseat. Not for nothing but move in day, no one is really having to to look at instructions; just would have been nice to know at pick up- so that we didn’t damage the brand new couch.

Today I experienced something that is missing in life treating people like family...after a family shopping experience that had some challenges Ross Furniture helped and deliverd with great and efficient staff the unexpected part is all team members went beyond the call and treating us like family ensuring we are sorted and settled in our new home..how do you show appreciation in a world where people become strangers instead of family Ross Furniture you guys are awesome and thank you for anyone who needs furniture you can definitely trust this awesome team they are THE BEST

The selection at this store is quite good, with a variety of clothing and home goods at reasonable prices. However, I’ve noticed that the organization could be better, as it can be a bit chaotic at times. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop if you have some patience.
