Mattress Firm Dover

Mike was great! With just a short explanation of what we were looking for, he directed us to several options. They had the correct feel and were with our price constraints. It was just a matter of choosing the correct options. We thought about it over night, called the store the next morning and Donald walked us through the complete purchase with delivery date. No need to get back in the car and make the purchase in the store. Overall it was an amazingly simple and pleasant experience.

My girlfriend and I recently just came in and decide to purchase our first mattress! Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about each mattress. It was fairly easy to come in and pick with the knowledge given to us. This place is definitely worth it and you will be pleased when you choose your own! So excited. So pleased with our purchase. Mike’s professionalism really stood out to me and he was very helpful in so many ways.

Excellent experience my family and I had working with Donald, a Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm in Dover, NH. Donald was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress and frame rather than just making a sale. He took the time to explain the differences between models, comfort levels, and support options, which made the process much less overwhelming. What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty. He listened carefully to our needs, answered every question thoroughly, and helped us stay within our budget without any pressure. Thanks to his guidance, we found a mattress and a base that will significantly improve our sleep quality. If you are shopping for a mattress and want to work with someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend reaching out to Donald. Stacy

Mike was so great to work with! He took extra care with our needs when seeking out an appropriate replacement for a recent purchase we made. Mike took extra time to educate us on what to look for when selecting such an important essential item for the home. Sadly, we learned the hard way that ordering mattresses online is never going to yield optimal results and that visiting a sleep expert in the store is always the best route. Thanks for everything, Mike! We know exactly who to call if anyone in the house is in need of better sleep!

We had an excellent experience with Mattress Firm from the moment we entered the store until our mattress was delivered. Donald showed us a range of options and patiently answered our questions. There was lots of information but no hard sell. After our purchase, Mattress Firm kept us informed about delivery, which was right as promised. The delivery people were efficient and courteous.
