I had a great experience at Royal Furniture. Alexis helped me find the perfect king-size bed and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent service, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. Thank you for helping me find exactly what I needed!
View on GoogleI was at this store today to get some furniture for my house. I talked to Rami who was really nice to us. His customer service was great as he walked with us and answered all of our questions and treated us nicely. He was patient with us through our checking of store products. He did all the paperwork properly and timely. I will encourage everyone to go get their furniture here and you will love it.
