This place is awful, I bought furniture from them paid for a uhaul and when I got home and took the dressers out the box the dressers was not finished being put together. I call Rudy furniture to advise them of what happen and they said bring it back I explained to them I rented a uhaul and that I do not have a truck. I feel like Rudy furniture should have came out and replaced my furniture as a courtesy because it was not my fault that the furniture was not put together all the way, but no I had to turn around and pay $100.00 to have them come out. I emailed the managers and they responded that they are not responsible to bring out furniture free of charge since I did not pay them to come out in the beginning. Not one time did they apologize for my furniture being half way out together. I will never purchase from them again. I suggest no one to purchase from there.
View on GoogleI went in to buy a swivel chair. I had to leave without it because, I wasn't greeted until I was walking out the door. Now let's talk about the furniture. Basically the same kind of furniture that they sale at American freight, and those type places.
View on GoogleStay far away from Rudy's furniture. They didn't fulfill their obligation with a furniture order and now they are ignoring my multiple, repeated calls asking for a return call. I literally just left the store because they have to issue a refund and now they can't issue a refund because the manager is not working. This level of unprofessionalism is very difficult to manage. It is the only reason why I decided to leave this review.
View on GooglePurchased a couch from this company, came to pick it up not even a month later and they gave my couch to someone else and refused me a refund because they “called me”. I never paid a delivery fee and never gave this company my unit number for my address. If you have other options, do not go with this one. They are very unprofessional and you may be their next victim. I will be suing this company.
View on GoogleI recently got furniture from here, and just let me say pricing was great. Mr. Renard was absolutely wonderful. He worked with me and helped me throughout the entire process and offered his honest opinions instead of just trying to make a sale. His team also delivered and set up my living and bedroom items. My box springs were put in upside down, but I called, and a team member came right out 10 mins after and fixed them. No rudeness and very professional. I definitely will be back to purchase more from here in the future!
