Excellent service, helped in making sure we were getting exactly what fit us the best, both physically and what would fit with our decor. Personalized customer service, we are so happy with them.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The staff helped me find everything that I was looking for and in the styles I wanted, and even ordered a few things for me that they did not have in stock--even better, the wait for special ordered items is much shorter than any chain furniture store. They have an amazing selection of beautiful furniture for every room of the house. I picked a couch and cart that were on the floor and they offered to deliver both pieces to me the same day because I live in town. The prices are excellent and the service is phenomenal. It's no wonder they're a fixture in Worthington--they're the best in class for furniture!

My husband and I went in last weekend just to look around and we just couldn't walk away with all of their amazing deals right now. We've been married for a few years and have gotten "hand-me-down" furniture from family. This was our first furniture purchase together and it was flawless! Delivery took only about 10 minutes and they agreed to drop it off earlier than planned to fit in my schedule! Right now I am sitting on our new and perfect recliner couch and I feel like I am in heaven! Thank you for the refreshing customer service Rune's! Hope to do business with you again!
