Sabrina's Furniture Gallery

Purchased a love seat and recliner in March of 2025, by June there are issues with the springs coming through the fabric and poking/ scratching us every time we sit. I made a call, they were quick to schedule a repair for “ two days out”, three weeks later we finally get a repair man to come out. “I have to place order.” We were told one week. A month later I’m still calling to find out what’s going on. Fast forward to September I call again. Sabrina has no idea what I’m referring to. October Eric comes out, disassembles the love seat, messes up the release mechanism. “I’ll have to come back.” I start calling after a week. November I’m calling daily to get an update. “We ordered a new cover”. Said cover doesn’t match. December I was told “we’ll put the mismatched cover on, send yours off for an overnight repair, you’ll have it back within a week.” We are now at the end of April, still no matching cover. Still no repair on what Eric messed up with reclining mechanism. Yet again “we were under the impression he’d had it fixed.” I am less than impressed with their service after purchase.

Visited the store with my dad while visiting Florence from out of town. They had a great selection of recliners and unfortunately I didn't have the right vehicle to buy anything but I may be back later. Savannah was very helpful and we appreciated how much time she spent with us. She made our visit very pleasurable.

John and Sabrina were amazing to work with. I ordered a bedroom suite and it was more beautiful than I remembered when it arrived. Delivery was prompted and the guys were so nice and were very cautious about not damaging floors or door frames. Definitely recommend!

This place is amazing - so much to select from and something to meet every need. Three common rooms for a UNA sorority dorm area were furnished with items from here. The quality is excellent and the rooms still look fantastic. Worth an extra 10 minute drive to get to!

Sabrina was amazing and the perfect host to meet our needs. She helped us exponentially throughout finding exactly what we needed in a time when we were so overwhelmed! Cam and Dallas, our delivery guys, were also awesome. We will only buy furniture from Sabrina’s forever and always 🙌🏼
