I highly recommend. Staff was pleasant and courteous, in the office and for delivery. I've been on the bed for about four months now and won't look back. For half the price of a purple mattress you get a home grown mattress and semi-custom wood bed frame with the same warranty. I couldn't be happier and definitely worth the money.

I bought a latex mattress from here after a lot of deliberation and find it extremely uncomfortable, it's gotten worse with time. The people who own the store are friendly, however, I would advise anyone who cannot afford a $2000-$5000 gamble or donation to consider alternatives. We were able to swap out a layer of the mattress for a softer one, but even so, after several months, my husband and I resorted to putting a memory foam pad on top until we can afford another mattress. I wanted a quality mattress made of natural materials, and I felt good about supporting a local business, but I regret buying it. I asked about the option of returning for half-price thinking maybe they could resell it, and also about having the mattress cut into twin mattresses, but was told this option would be "quite expensive." I was told I could resell it myself, but the 12 year warranty would be void for the purchaser. We visited the store several times before purchasing, but I had trouble finding reviews of the mattresses as opposed to the pillows. The latex mattress seemed comfortable in the store, but that is not the same as sleeping on it for several months- my back and hips cannot be persuaded that the feel-good quality of the mattress is worth it. Also, there are also no exchanges for mattress covers which may shrink with washing. I asked at purchase what would happen if we really didn't like it, and was told it could be returned, but I didn't press for any conditions- rookie error, it is a business no matter how nice people seem. I think the store should have a large sign saying "no returns." I finally decided to post a review to give a more balanced opinion for anyone wondering about comfort in addition to ethical production and organic materials because it is my most expensive mistake.

I highly recommend sachi organic mattresses. My wife & I shopped around for a mattress forever. After extensive research, we noticed most of the new age companies sell mattresses that aren’t firm enough & don’t last long. Sachi’s mattress is firm & comfortable. (They sell varying levels of firmness so you can get the one that’s right for you) so far the mattress has held up great. (We’ve had it for 2+ years) my wife has back problems & sleeping on this mattress has helped ease her back pain. I would definitely recommend a Sachi Organics mattress.

I had this great pillow from sleep tech.. Like an idiot I took it camping. When we returned home it was trashed. That led me on a search for a new pillow. Pillows for me are really hard to come by. I sleep on my side and I have a pin head and fairly large shoulders. So if I don't get the right pillow my neck and back are shot. Not to mention I can't sleep worth a dam. I walked into to Sachi and got the ultimate hook up. My large rejuvenation pillow is amazing. And not just for sleeping on my side. Easily the best pillow I have ever known. Very cozy and comfortable pillows. I've purchased pillows, sheets, two bed frames, and a selection of meditation cushions from Sachi over the years and all have held up wonderfully. It's one of my favorite stores in Albuquerque.
