I had an amazing experience at Snooze Mattress from beginning to end. Tai made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses without any pressure, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism really stood out, and I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. We had to scramble to find a suitable mattress for the guest bed as my mom started hospice and we kids would need a place to sleep. Ty at the store was great - helped my sister pick out a good firm mattress at a good price for short term use. Unlike some of the other mattres stores, Snooze had the mattress in stock AND could deliver the next day. Emiliano was great to update me in the morning of the arrival time. They were right on time. Mike and Emiliano were very respectful of noise for my mom's sake and were quick and efficient to take away the old mattress and bring in the new one. Just a great customer experience and the whole team should be commended for being so helpful to such an immediate needs such as ours. AND it's locally owned and operated. Great job. .

Great experience, bought a mattress the same day for a great deal. Wide variety of different brands to try that we couldn’t find at other places in town. Did review online different brands before we came in and were able to try one that we saw that was highly rated online (Helix) and also on our list. Austin was our salesperson and very patient with us as we took our time making sure which one we were gonna get. Price was matched to the online price plus with extra services thrown in. Pleasant buying experience. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience here. The owner and one of sales associates Austin were a great help. The had sleep mapping techniques that helps you figure out where you your pressure points are while sleeping so you can get the best fit mattress for your needs. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and they were even very accommodating with our two young children being there while we got our mattress ordered. Great experience.
