Joe Turner was my salesman. I went in knowing it is commission based sales. He was very professional as well as friendly. Didn’t push me in any direction. Accommodated me with my needs. My small $11,000 purchase isn’t much but he never batted an eye at my indecision and wanting to see more. Ask for him. You won’t be disappointed. I felt prices were fair. All staff I interacted with were great!

Our furniture buying experience has been wonderful with Sam’s Furniture. Cason a Service Technician came to our house today and added two brackets that were missing on our sofa. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient in getting the job done. Thank You Sam’s!!!

Should have a Zero Star option here! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sam’s Furniture. I purchased a bed, recliner, and dining table set—spending around $3,000—and all three items have turned out to be very poor quality. Within just four years, the legs of the dining chairs broke, and the recliner is also damaged. When I filed a claim, it was denied immediately. The claims team said the broken chair legs were not covered and told me to contact the manufacturer instead. I paid for a protection plan, yet it was completely useless when I actually needed it. It’s frustrating to think I may have to throw away these items only a few years after buying them because of the poor quality and lack of support. As a customer, I genuinely regret trusting Sam’s Furniture. I would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.

Had to buy a Mattress ASAP. Evan was very helpful answered all my questions. Not pushy at all. Asked for something cheaper and this man did not change in tone or seem condescending. Very nice. Super fast experience and found what I needed in less than 30 mins. Thank you Evan. God bless.

Went in to buy 2 end tables. Found the perfect set. Measured them and said we’d be right back. Just needed to run home to re-measure the space. The salesman pressured us to leave a 20% deposit, which we declined. Why turn 1 transaction into 2? Ran home and returned an hour later. Was told they’d be ready for pick-up in 2-3 days, after we paid a $39 assembly fee. What? Or I could take them unassembled. I’m okay with assembly, but not okay withholding that information until the credit card comes out. Just be upfront. Been around long enough to spot a shady salesperson, and the reviews are all confirming my experience. Back to Bassett next week. And if I ever feel like assembling furniture, we’ll head up to IKEA. No salespeople - and they’ve got meatballs. Joking aside, the owner is an asset to our community. I wish his business reflected who we know him to be.
