Furniture Row

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The set up was quick and they handled all the furniture with care. We purchased the furniture and was told delivery would take place on a Saturday or a Monday if there were delays in shipping. Saturday rolled around and I called when they opened asking for an update only to find that delivery had never been scheduled despite our furniture arriving at the store and there were no open slots that day. We then had to wait another week for it to be delivered to the house. Everything else was pretty nice though. Nice warranty and explained the details pretty well.

Ray, Andy, and Noah are super! This was our first stop on a day planned for a drearsome trek through multiple furniture stores. We were fully prepared to duel with over zealous sales people, didn't happen. We looked at our own pace, but when in need they were there with wisdom, advice, and honest opinion. We pulled the trigger and purchased a beautiful bedroom set, no need to go anywhere else. The sale was a great deal, the service was wonderful, and we will be back. I had a great experience with Noah during my shopping experience. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and the poor guy was the only one working and handled several customers at once. He was very calm and was able to help everyone. He was helpful, communicated well and professional. I really appreciated his customer service and willingness to help me when I was unsatisfied with the product I ordered. He explained the process and offered serval options and didn’t argue a sale. He worked it very well and I was very happy with the service I received. It’s hard to find work ethic like that today. Noah deserves to be recognized since I appreciated his above and beyond attitude.if I ever find another item I want to purchase at Furniture Row I will definitely work with him again! Ask for Noah !!!

Have used Furniture Row in Springdale Arkansas for several years. Most recently we fostered a German Shepherd, who ate our 2 1/2 year old leather sofa. Alex with Furniture Row was professional, compassionate and had a wonderful sense of humor while helping us locate the exact replacement as well as coordinated having it shipped to the area and gave us a friendly discount.
