I was looking for an organic mattress and the salesman helped me with an Avocado mattress and WOW! This salesman was very knowledgeable and kind too. The store is super clean and has a high-end feel. I highly recommend if you’re experiencing back pain and want an all organic matters to go to Sandman Sleep.

We had a great experience with Sandman from start to finish. Helpful attendant at the store who guided our experience but didn’t overwhelm or push us. Easy to get our questions answered over the phone afterward. The ordering experience was clear. Great and accurate communication about delivery. And the guys who delivered our new mattress (and took away our old one) were quick, kind, and respectful of our home.

Ashamed it has taken me so long to write a review on this place! But a year later I am still in awe by the customer service my husband and I experienced buying our first mattress from Sandman Sleep Online Store. Nikhil walked us through the options without being pushy, he was informative and patient while we made our decisions! When we came in the next day him he was able to get us in and out in no time at all. He ensured the delivery and any mixups were cleared up. I have nothing but the best things to say about him and his partner. We will definitely be coming to them for any future mattress needs and highly recommend!

Fortunately found Sandman Sleep which has all the top on-line mattresses in the various firmness levels to try out. Duke helped us in the store and was knowledgeable & personable. Sandman was sl. less expensive than internet direct, plus we also wanted set-up and old bed removal, which was quickly scheduled. Whole process was smooth. Happy we purchased through Sandman. And love our new bed (Winkbed).

My wife and I visited Nikhil looking for a new, organic mattress knowing that most are available online only and we really wanted to try time out before getting it to the house. Nikhil was amazing!
