He was knowledgeable about products and gave us the luxury store treatment. I felt like we just left a spa. We got a purple mattress and a fancy tempur pedic bed frame with all the bells and whistles. I cannot wait to sleep this weekend! Thanks James!!

He knows so much more than our previous sales rep from our purchase several years ago. He emailed me all the information I requested and I was able to call last night and order the mattress and platform that we wanted. I also know mattress firm works with the furniture outfitter called St. Louis Closet Company who also is putting things in our new home. They are easy to work with and have good pricing.

He showed me 3 beds which I tried multiple times. He guided me to make the right choice. We talked financing and suggested the free financing. I was approved. The bed will be delivered in 48 hours. The whole process was very smooth, no pressure, and made buying a major piece of furniture easier than expected.
