Sav-Mart

Loved going to this place to get our brand new furniture, they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for, and it made for a great experience choosing my furniture.

The garden center here is the absolute BEST in town! I’ve been struggling for years trying to find the best combination of perennials for my outdoor patio so I’m not having to spend hundreds on annuals every year to fill my garden. All I had to do is let the staff here know how much sun and shade I had to plant and the two ladies that helped me found me the perfect combo in beautiful colors that complimented each other. They gave me their full attention and a wealth of knowledge about each plant. I feel more confident in my purchase today than I have in years past. And the young man that saw my cart was full and took it upon himself to help me get everything to the register and my car without knocking anything over is a saint! The customer service is over the top here! I really like the fact that it’s locally owned and it’s a small business too! And the price was much lower than I thought it would be. This will be my go to every year now!

My husband and I were In desperate need of a new mattress an box springs. Felix was quick to help us with options and pricing. We made our choice and it was delivered 2 days later.. Delivery was done smoothly. Set up and removal of old mattress and box springs.. we just bought a new build home. Guys were very careful and professional. We also bought an our refrigerator and washer and dryer for this home from Sav-Mart in November Builder bought stove , dishwasher and microwave and oven hood fan at Sav Mart for this build. We love all the whirl pool appliances and appreciate the wonderful Local business. Such a great team and one stop shopping. Will be purchasing our living room furniture soon!! Thank You Sav Mart

Got a brand new whirlpool washer and dryer set from here. The washer worked for 1 month before it completely broke down and wouldn’t complete spin cycles. I called to let them know that I needed a service and I was told I would have to wait a week because they are so booked out. My entire family is visiting from 30 hours away and will not be able to do any laundry for the entire week they are here. Hopefully they’ve brought enough clothes but I doubt it. They did offer to put me on a cancellation list in case someone cancelled but I find it egregious to leave a customer without their brand new appliance for a week and it’s doubtful that I’ll get a refund for the money I’ll have to spend at the laundromat to now go and clean all my $90 bamboo sheets that will no doubt be ruined by the machines there. On top of all of this, the fact that they are booked out for an entire week tells me they’re not selling all that great of appliances. I will never do business with this store again.

I am beyond impressed with the knowledge of the gal at the parts department! I was looking for a thermal fuse for my dryer that had broken, she was able to find the right part and recommended I change out my ducting to treat the cause of the part failure, not just the symptom. Before the dryer stopped working it always took a couple runs to dry my clothes but now it completely dries it with one cycle or less! I thought I would have to replace my dryer soon but with her help I realized I hadn't set it up right correctly the first time. I'm so glad I decided to get the part here!
