Ashley Store

We recently purchased about $5,000 worth of furniture from Ashley while trying to get settled into our new home. I want to start by saying that the staff in the store were friendly, helpful, and treated us very well throughout the purchasing process. Unfortunately, our experience after the sale was frustrating. We were initially told that our furniture could take up to three weeks to arrive, which we understood. However, after following up, we were told our items would definitely be delivered on Thursday. When we never received a call, we contacted the store again and were told the furniture had actually arrived that morning but no one had notified us. From there, the timeline continued to change. Our bedroom set arrived missing the bed rails, our dresser was suddenly delayed by another month, and our couch required inspection before delivery. The information we received seemed to change from one conversation to the next, making it difficult to plan and causing a great deal of frustration. Because of the repeated delays, missing parts, and inconsistent communication, we ultimately chose to cancel our order. We are still waiting for confirmation regarding our refund and have been informed there may be a restocking fee of approximately $700. Given that the cancellation resulted from issues with fulfillment and changing delivery timelines rather than simply changing our minds, we hope management will reconsider this fee. The in-store service was good, but the delivery coordination, inventory communication, and follow-up process left a lot to be desired. We hope these issues can be improved for future customers. At the time of writing this review, we are still waiting for confirmation regarding our refund and whether the $700 restocking fee will be waived. We would appreciate communication from management regarding a resolution. UPDATE: After posting this review, I visited the store in person to request written confirmation of our cancellation and refund. During that visit, we learned that our refund had not yet been initiated, which explained why we had been unable to obtain any documentation or timeline despite multiple calls. To the staff’s credit, we were able to get a refund receipt before leaving and now have confirmation that the refund process has begun. We are still waiting to speak with management regarding the proposed $700 restocking fee, which we are disputing due to the delivery delays, missing bed rails, changing timelines, and communication issues that led to the cancellation. I appreciate finally receiving documentation and will gladly update this review again if the remaining concerns are resolved.

I shopped at the Ashley furniture store in Wenatchee. Liane was very helpful, friendly and professional in helping me find a sofabed for my needs. The delivery guys were very kind and patient with me in helping squeeze the sofabed through the front door. Thank you everyone!

I sent my husband in to Davis Furniture and Carol helped him find the perfect couch for our space. Billy and Anwar delivered and assembled the sectional. They were friendly, professional and timely.They put my sectional together so quickly.

Purchased a sofa and an outdoor fire pit from Kellie. She was great and engaging to work with. The delivery team were careful with the delivery. We love both items.

This review goes towards who you guys hire to drive your large semi's. This truck nearly drove myself and another vehicle off of I90 headed east bound. Incredibly unsafe speeds and NOT CHECKING BLIND SPOTS.
