Savvy Rest Natural Bedroom

After satisfying Savvy Rest that our top two latex mattress layers had sagged to the degree required for replacement under their prorated warranty (no small feat) we paid our share plus shipping and received the parts we ordered including (1) half queen soft Talalay. This top layer on my wife’s side is considerably softer than our original. To explain, Savvy Rest says “they switched suppliers and opted to go softer on the Talalay layer” We were not informed that the product had changed since our original purchase. They will not exchange. They will not send us a medium in lieu of. They won’t even sell us a medium at the warranty price. We sent this complaint in an email to the operations manager, Twila and received no response. Months later after many unreturned phone calls, I emailed this complaint to the owner, John Smith and no response. We’ve been ghosted. Half our bed is unusable unless we buy that layer at near full retail plus shipping. The feedback on their website is nearly perfect. It’s obviously curated. The Google feedback here at their retail store tells the whole story. After the sale, they will leave you disgusted.

I ordered a latex pillow from them made of the Dunlop and Talalay it is a lovely looking pillow which is why I gave it two stars for presentation, but every night I slept on it I woke up with a headache. So I slept a couple nights without it no headache. So then I tried again and again I got a headache. Be aware be very aware that they do not take returns for any reason so I'm stuck with 100 some dollar pillow that I can't use because it gave me a headache, I would have been willing to exchange it for a different type of pillow but they were not open to that option. I think if you have sensitivities I would not recommend this pillow, and in any case I would not recommend a company that does not stand behind their product when many other companies in fact almost all of them offer exchanges or refunds if you're not satisfied

Warranty is a joke; after seven years, latex layers had significant sag. In order to make a claim, you have to take the mattress apart and do measurements. After a lot of haggling; they agreed to send two (of three) latex layers as long as I paid for shipping. After a few weeks, same problem. I asked at least for a refund of the $200 shipping cost as I did not want to go through the whole claim process again. Request was denied and they seemed confused and put out, as they think they did what we asked! No way, they don’t get it. We wanted to eliminate the sag, not just get new layers. They did not fulfill our request and we are out the shipping cost. Their customer personnel was useless and dismissive. Never again! We decided to get a different brand mattress to replace the ‘Saggy UnRest’

I purchased the shredded latex body pillow for my girlfriend. She has always been a side sleeper and has struggled to find a supportive body pillow. She loves the pillow. It has changed her sleep pattern for the better. She's tosses and turns noticably less at night. It has been great for her sleep and we are both very happy with it. The quality is evident immediately. We will be looking to Savvy Rest for our future bedding needs. It's great to know that an American manufacturer is making nontoxic bedding to this degree of quality.

Approximately 12 years ago, I visited this company at this location and purchased a queen mattress, consisting of several different latex layers the company recommended to match my personal tastes (mattress firmness). After 12 years of daily sleeping use, this layered mattress and its Savvy Rest custom cover are in almost exactly the same condition as the day of purchase. The bedding remains completely level with no dips or compression, and is the same firmness as it was on the first day. “Almost exactly” because the last time I washed the custom cover I noticed some degradation of the latex material. The degradation appears to be natural decay of this natural material over time. I suspect that the degradation may become significant enough to require replacement around year 20. At purchase, the company representative told me I could expect the layered mattress material to retain its original condition for about 20 years. While the Savvy Rest bedding was more expensive than most non-latex mattress products, I have been satisfied with the performance of the Savvy Rest product and absolutely would consider purchasing a replacement from this business, if recent reviews continue to indicate the same level of quality. The mattress has met completely all my expectations for comfort and quality.
