Jennifer Howell provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire furniture-buying process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I greatly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend working with Jennifer to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you, Jennifer, for making this such a positive experience!
View on GoogleNice helpful and friendly staff. I feel sorry for the staff having to work with partial A/C . I hope that electrician can get the staff and potential customers some relief soon.
View on GoogleVery friendly and willing to help me find what I wanted- even though they didn’t have it on hand at the store.
View on GoogleThe staff is friendly, and it feels like you're family not just a customer. The prices are unmatched... great quality and affordable payments. They help get you good financing rates. My living room set is Ashley Furniture Collection. But a fraction of the price. Got it $2500 cheaper @ schewels.
View on GoogleI felt such a warm and inviting feeling when I entered the store. I noticed that the workers had a great work relationship with each other. My name is Thomas Barnes and really enjoyed my experience when I made my purchase at schewel. Ms.Bertha was such a great sales person. I enjoyed my experience with her.
