Schewels Home

I went into Schewels last Saturday, looking for a mattress and /or recliner. The lady who waited on me was very friendly and ever so patient with me as I couldn’t make up my mind until I finally did! I told her what I was thinking about getting and that I needed to go look at my budget. Told her I’d be back on Tuesday, the 10th. I did go back and got the mattress, bed, etc. and it’s to be delivered on Saturday, the 14th! Everyone who worked with me including the finance lady were very patient with me! I’ll give another or updated review once my bed, mattress, etc. are delivered Saturday!

Shopping for recliner. Not enough stars!! Shelley (sales) was The Best, as was the woman working in financing. I bought a manual recliner, which was great price and workmanship then decided to upgrade to a power recliner. They worked it through fabulously!. Also the delivery staff (Eric and Marques) was wonderful as well. Great overall experience. Wonderful store, wonderful selection, fantastic staff -- all deserving many ************!!!

Highly recommended furniture store with excellent customer service. The collection is stylish, durable, and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and patient, assisting me in finding exactly what I needed. The purchase process was smooth, and delivery was timely. Everything arrived safely and looks perfect in my home. Very satisfied with the experience.

Outstanding!!!! Shelley was a great sales rep for our new Speed Queen washer and dryer. We got it the same day! Eric and David did a stellar job of delivering in the rain carrying both items up outside steps and inside steps!!!! Would recommend to everyone to buy at Schewels!

I went into the store last week, 30 minutes prior to the store closing, just to check out the small sectionals they have. I do not recommend doing that if you are going to drag out your visit. I was not planning on purchasing due to the fact they were closing soon and would have gladly returned the next day. The ladies were so nice and accommodating. I knew what I wanted, was shown a few items, and ended up moving forward with my purchase. Financing was quick and I was out the door a few minutes past 6PM. Overall I had a great experience that was quick, which is how I like to operate, no need to linger. Thank you ladies for all your help and providing such wonderful customer service. Recommend 5/5 and will be back for my next furniture purchase soon!!
