Customer service has always been great. I don’t know any names but I did read a gentlemen’s badge today so I’ll mention him, Logan is very friendly and a great choice for sales representative. He even offered me some chips or a drink when I came in to make a payment today. Everyone else there is great too, I haven’t mentioned other names because as previously stated I really don’t know any of them, but they’re all really nice. I and my family have bought from here for years and we will continue to do so.
View on GoogleExcellent customer experience from the friendly sales team at the Bedford store to the delivery guys who went above and beyond to get the furniture in our room. We love the pieces we purchased. Will definitely shop with them again.
View on GoogleBeen a customer for over 30 years . All accounts paid .Went to Bedford store and besides the credit manager who was super nice ,the product was on back order and the display I could not get except at regular price , warranty voided cause it's out the box. If my warranty is going to be voided at least discount to compensate. Ashley's is looking better and better.
